AMIE OBRIEN
Meet Amie O'Brien, the driving force and visionary behind VLX Travel. As both the owner and founder, Amie brings a wealth of experience as a seasoned entrepreneur with more than 15 years of successfully owning and operating various small businesses. In 2020, fueled by her passion for immersive and authentic travel experiences, she embarked on the journey to establish VLX Travel.
Amie's journey is marked by a globe-trotting spirit, having explored over 30 countries and well beyond 100 cities with a particular fondness for Africa, her favorite destination. She proudly calls Cleveland, Ohio home, is a lover of dogs, an avid reader of books across all genres, and wine enthusiast!
ANNE STUDER
Meet Anne Studer, a dedicated Operations Specialist at VLX Travel. With nearly 15 years of expertise in the fine wine industry, Anne seamlessly intertwines her wealth of knowledge into the travel realm, offering invaluable insights, especially in the culinary domain.
Anne's refined taste and passion for fashion add a distinctive flair to the travel experiences she meticulously crafts. Having explored over 25 countries, Anne embraces a bias-free approach to destinations, fueled by her desire to explore the world. Yet, her most cherished adventures are those shared with her husband.
Bringing her extensive hospitality background, global perspective, love for diverse cultures, and unbridled curiosity, Anne is dedicated to imparting her expertise to our travelers.
FRANCESCA COYNE
Meet Francesca Coyne, VLX’s Director of Operations. Francesca is originally from outside of Philadelphia, but has spent the past decade living between Paris, Lisbon, and New York. Her background in hospitality and private aviation has allowed her the opportunity to visit 30 countries and counting.
With a keen eye for detail and a commitment to exceeding expectations, Francesca is dedicated to optimizing the travel experience. From hosting unique safari experiences for C-suite executives to designing bespoke Parisian vacations for A-list celebrities, she ensures that all itineraries are executed seamlessly from start to finish, no matter how complex.

Meet Kate. Having studied in Europe in college and then moving to various states and cities within the US later on- Kate found a deep love for exploring the world and creating meaningful travel experiences.
Being a “planner” at heart- she has realized that her passion is within travel- whether personal or for clients. As a mom of four, she knows how important thoughtful planning is, and she brings that same care to every trip she designs. Kate adds value by handling the details, finding the best options for your needs, and creating personalized itineraries that save you time and stress—so you can truly enjoy the journey. Her favorite part is being able to VIP every client and enchance each trip through various partnerships and relationships she has extrablished within the travel industry and with VLX. Helping families and travelers explore the world with confidence makes this such a fun and rewarding career, and she is excited to continue discovering more.
ALLI CLARK
Meet Alli Clark, our travel and logistics expert with years of experience planning both corporate and personal travel across 25+ countries. Originally from the Carolinas and now calling Nashville home, she brings her expertise into the travel planning industry, crafting unforgettable trips and seamless experiences for her clients.
With a background in operations, customer service, and a sharp eye for detail, Alli navigates the complexities of travel planning with adaptability and ease. Whether it’s uncovering a boutique hotel in the South of France, savoring authentic Korean cuisine, or pairing the perfect meal with a Mediterranean view, she believes the best trips come down to thoughtful details and rich cultural experiences. Passionate about exploring Europe and Asia- solo or with companions-she’s always in search of incredible food and wine, breathtaking views, and memorable adventures.
MARJORIE FOSTER
Meet Marjorie Anne Foster, your guide to meaningful and unforgettable journeys.
As a travel advisor with VLX Travel, Marjorie brings a global perspective shaped by years of living and working across Asia, skiing the Alps, backpacking through South America, and surfing the waves of Hawaii and Indonesia. Her adventures have deepened her belief that travel is the most powerful way to connect—with the world, with others, and with yourself.
Now based on the Carolina coast, Marjorie specializes in curating experiences that blend adventure, culture, and wellness—from romantic Mediterranean escapes to immersive cultural journeys and coastal retreats. When she’s not crafting dream itineraries, you’ll find her on the beach at sunrise or planning her next great adventure.
DAMON SCHREIBER
Meet Damon Schreiber, the newest addition to the VLX Travel Team! With 23 years of dedicated service as a firefighter and paramedic in the Cleveland suburbs, Damon is now embracing his passion for service in the travel industry. Born and raised in a large family, he has been immersed in travel from an early age, guiding friends, family, and fellow firefighters on adventures worldwide, from London to Rome, and the Caribbean to Canada.
As he embarks on his new journey, he is committed to utilising his customer service skills and love for exploration to help others create unforgettable memories. Damon’s message is clear: embrace travel because time flies. He encourages everyone to travel, explore, and make lasting memories with loved ones.
